My name is Jordi, and I run Team Paella Catering in Perth (Western Australia). I specialise in homemade Spanish Paella, tapas and churros.

After many years of experience as a chef in my natal city (Barcelona) I came to Australia to work and keep expanding my curriculum as a chef. I was most fortunate to work as a sous head chef at the popular Spanish restaurant ‘'Pinchos” in Leederville. After a few years, I decided to create Team Paella catering to bring my own approach and Spanish experience to Australians delivering the best Paella possible.
